The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION The MP2625B is a monolithic switch mode battery charger with power path management for single-cell Li-ion batteries in a wide range of tablet and other portable devices. It integrates a synchronous BUCK regulator to provide regulated voltage for powering the system output and at the same time charging the battery. This device supports both USB and high power DC adapter input. In USB mode, the input current limit can be programmed to 450mA or 825mA via the logic pins to cover the USB2.0 and USB3.0 specifications.
