Description

The MP5475 is a complete power management IC (PMIC) that integrates four high efficiency step-down DC/DC converters and a flexible logic interface.

The integrated DC/DC converters provide constant-on-time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response.

DESCRIPTION The MP5475 is a complete power management IC (PMIC) that integrates four high efficiency step-down DC/DC converters and a flexible logic interface. The integrated DC/DC converters provide constant-on-time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response. In addition, the 1MHz switching frequency (fSW) minimizes the external inductor and capacitor size. Full protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The output voltage (VOUTx) (where x = A, B, C, or D) can be adjusted via the I2C bus, or it can be preset by the multiple-time programmable (MTP) memory function. The power on/off sequence can also be configured by the MTP, or it can be controlled online via the I2C.
