General Description

MP62550/MP62551 Power Distribution Switch is designed for precision current limiting and provides up to 1.5A continuous output current.

It offers programmable current limit between 60mA and 1.7A (typ) with ±10% accuracy by an external resistor.

The switch includes an 88mΩ N-channel Power MOSFET and operates from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage.
