MP86905 Overview
The MP86905 is a monolithic half-bridge with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. The MP86905 achieves 50A of continuous output current over a wide input supply range. The MP86905 is a monolithic IC approach to drive up to 50A of current per-phase.
