6A, 45V, Boost Converter with Configurable Switching Frequency and UVLO AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ3426 is a current-mode step-up converter with a 6A, 90mΩ, 45V internal switch that provides a highly efficient regulator with a fast response. The MPQ3426 Features a configurable switching frequency (fSW) of up to 2MHz that allows for simple filtering and reduces noise. An external pensation pin gives the user flexibility in setting loop dynamics, and allows the user to use small, low-ESR, ceramic output capacitors.
