MPQ3522 20V, 2A, Ultra-Compact, Low Quiescent Current, Synchronous Step-Down Converter, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ3522 is a configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous step-down switching converter with an integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET). The device provides up to 2A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control. The wide 3.3V to 20V input voltage (VIN) range accommodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA shutdown current (ISD) allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications.
