MPQ5074 Description
The MPQ5074 provides up to 3A of load current (ILOAD) across a 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range. The low on resistance (RDS(ON)) and tiny package make the MPQ5074 a highly efficient and space-saving solution for automotive infotainment systems, clusters, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The MPQ5074 employs soft start (SS) to reduce inrush current during circuit start up.
