MSK4304RH Description
The MSK4304RH is a radiation hardened 10 Amp, 3 Phase Bridge Power Motor Drive Hybrid with a 100 volt maximum rating on the output switches. The internal ponents have been selected to provide total dose tolerance for military and space applications. The output switches are MOSFETs.
