Driver for High Brightness LEDs General Description Features MAP3249 is a 4-channel LED driver optimized for LED  5V to 28V Input Voltage Range backlight application targeting mid and large size LCD  Drive up to 4 Channels module. MAP3249 uses the boost MOSFET externally  60V FB Pin Voltage and 4-channel current sources internally for driving high  0.4V Headroom Voltage brightness White LEDs.  200mA Output Current per Channel MAP3249 has 60V absolute Max. rating FB pins and  Programmable Boost Switching Frequency input voltage is ranged from 8.5V ~ 28V and max LED  (100KHz ~ 500KHz) current is 200mA per channel.
