MAX11137
Description
The MAX11135–MAX11143 are 12-/10-/8-bit with external reference and industry-leading 1.5MHz, full linear bandwidth, high speed, low-power, serial output successive-approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).
Key Features
