These devices feature a low 100mΩ (typ) RON internal nFET switch and protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28V. When the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold or decreases below the undervoltage threshold, the internal nFET switch is turned off to prevent damage to the protected components.
