General Description

The MIC2203 is an ultra-high efficiency, high frequency synchronous buck (step-down) switching regulator.

Efficiencies above 90% are easily obtainable for a wide variety of applications.

In addition, the MIC2203 has a logic compatible-enable function, which provides near “zero” OFF mode quiescent current for power critical battery applications.
