The device • 155Mbps to 3.2Gbps operation connects to typical transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs). • Low-noise PECL data outputs The linear signal output, from TIAs, can contain • High-gain LOS output significant amounts of noise and may vary in amplitude • Chatter-free Open-Collector TTL Loss-of-Signal over time. The SY88347DL quantizes these signals and (LOS) output outputs PECL-level waveforms. • TTL /EN input The SY88347DL operates from a single +3.3V power supply, over temperatures ranging from –40oC to +85oC.
