The Microchip Technology Inc. 24CSM01 provides 1 Mbit of Serial EEPROM, utilizing an I2C (Two-Wire) serial interface with 3.4 MHz High-Speed mode capability. The device is organized as 131,072 bytes of 8 bits each (128 Kbytes) and is optimized for use in consumer and industrial applications where reliable and dependable nonvolatile memory storage is essential.
