  • Available Temperature Switch Thresholds: - TSET = -35°C, -25°C, -15°C, -5°C, +5°C, +15°C, +25°C, +35°C, +45°C, +55°C, +65°C, +75°C, +85°C, +95°C, +105°C, +115°C, +125°C.
  • Wide Operating Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
  • Low Supply Current: 25 µA (typical).
  • Qualification: AEC-Q100 Rev. G, Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C).
  • Temperature Switch Accuracy: - ±1°C (typical) - ±4°C (maximum) between -15°C to +75°C - ±6°C (maximum).
