25AA02UID is a 2 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with a preprogrammed, 32-bit unique ID.

The memory is accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus.
