The MCP73123/223 is a highly integrated Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery charge management controller for use in space-limited and cost-sensitive applications.

Complete Linear Charge Management Controller: - Integrated Input Overvoltage Protection (OVP) - Integrated Pass Transistor - Integrated Current Sense - Integrated Reverse Discharge Protection.
Constant Current/Constant Voltage Operation with Thermal Regulation.
4.15V Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO).
18V Absolute Maximum Input with OVP: - 6.5V - MCP73123 - 13V - MCP73223.
High Accuracy Preset Voltage Regulation Through Full Temperature Range (-5°C to +55.
