General Description

The MCP7385X devices are highly advanced linear charge management controllers for use in spacelimited, cost-sensitive applications.

The MCP73853 combines high-accuracy constant-voltage, constantcurrent regulation, cell preconditioning, cell temperature monitoring, advanced safety timers, automatic charge termination, internal current sensing, reverse blocking protection and charge status and fault indication in a space-saving 16-lead, 4 x 4 QFN package.
