SA28 Overview

This Transient Voltage Suppressor is a high value mercial product that offers protection to voltage sensitive ponents. The response time of their clamping action is virtually instantaneous (less than 100 ps for unidirectional and less than 5 ns for bidirectional). They have a peak pulse power rating of 500 watts at 10/1000µs as depicted in figures 1.
