M37735M4LXXXHP SINGLE-CHIP 16-BIT CMOS MICROPUTER DESCRIPTION The M37735M4LXXXHP is a single-chip microputer using the 7700 Family core. This single-chip microputer has a CPU and a bus interface unit. The CPU is a 16-bit parallel processor that can be an 8-bit parallel processor, and the bus interface unit enhances the memory access efficiency to execute instructions fast. This microputer also includes a 32 k Hz oscillation circuit, in addition to the ROM, RAM, multiple-function timers, serial I/O, A-D converter, and so on.
