The Mitsubishi M5M2364-XXXP is a 65536-bit maskprogrammable high speed read-only memory. The M5M2364-XXXP is fabricated by N-channel polysilicon gate technology and available in a 28-pin DIL package. It is interchangeable with the M5L2764K and Intel 2764 in read mode.
