MC141803 Overview
MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA LCD Segment / mon Driver with Controller CMOS MC141803 is a CMOS LCD Driver which consists of 4 annunciator outputs and 153 high voltage LCD driving signals (33 mons and 120 segments). MC141803 is split mon output design. It has parallel interface capability for operating with general MCU.
