MOTOROLA SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNICAL DATA Low-Voltage Quiet CMOS Quad 2-Input AND Gate The MC74LVQ08 is a high performance, quad 2 input AND gate operating from a 2.7 to 3.6V supply. High impedance TTL patible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL patible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. Current drive capability is 12mA at the outputs.
