The MC-7866 is a Ga As hybrid integrated circuit designed to be used as the output device in CATV applications up to 860 MHz. This unit has a minimum gain of 21.5 d B at 860 MHz, and because it is a Ga As device, it has lower distortion and lower noise figure.
