INPUT/OUTPUT EXPANDER FOR fLP 08048/8748/8035 NEe f'PD8243 DEseR IPTION The IlPD8243 input/output expander is directly compatible with the IlPD8048 family of single-chip microcomputers.

Using NMOS technology the IlPD8243 provides high drive capabilities while requiring only a single +5V supply voltage.
