Description

The tlPD550L is a tlCOM-45 4-bit single chip microcomputer with high voltage outputs, and low power consumption.

The outputs can be pulled to -35V for direct interfacing to vacuum fluorescent displays.

  • of the tlCOM-45 family, except that it has a 640 x 8 bit ROM to reduce device cost. The tlPD550L executes all 58 instructions of the tlCOM.

NEe Microcomputers, Inc. 4-81T SINGLE CHIP MICROCOMPUTER NEe JLPD550L DESCRIPTION The tlPD550L is a tlCOM-45 4-bit single chip microcomputer with high voltage outputs, and low power consumption. The outputs can be pulled to -35V for direct interfacing to vacuum fluorescent displays. The tlPD550L is manufactured with a lowpower-consumption PMOS process, allowing use of a -8V, low current power supply. The tlPD550L provides all of the hardware features of the tlCOM-45 family, except that it has a 640 x 8 bit ROM to reduce device cost. The tlPD550L executes all 58 instructions of the tlCOM·45 instruction set.
