UPD75P3018A
Description
The µPD75P3018A replaces the µPD753017A’s internal mask ROM with a one-time PROM, and features expanded ROM capacity. The µPD75P3018A inherits the function of the µPD75P3018, and enables high-speed operation at a low supply voltage of 1.8 V.
