NST175 ± 0.2°C High Accurate Temperature Sensor with SMBus and I2C Interface Datasheet (EN) 1.5 Product Overview Shutdown Current: 0.2μA (Typical) The NST175 is a low-power, high precision digital temperature sensor compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces, supports up to 27 device addresses and provides SMBus Reset and Alert functions.
The typical accuracy of NST175 is ±0.2°C without requiring calibration or external component signal conditioning, it is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or look-up tables to derive temperature.
The device has a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) inside, with a maximum resolution of 0.0625°C.
