74ABT541 Overview
The 74ABT541 high-performance BiCMOS device bines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive. The 74ABT541 device is an octal buffer that is ideal for driving bus lines. The outputs are all capable of sinking 64mA and sourcing 32mA.
