DESCRIPTION
The 74ABT541 high-performance Bi CMOS device bines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive. The 74ABT541 device is an octal buffer that is ideal for driving bus lines. The outputs are all capable of sinking 64m A and sourcing 32m A. The device features input and outputs on opposite sides of the package to facilitate printed circuit board layout.
