NXP Semiconductors Data Sheet: Advance Information Alternator regulator with LIN The 80310 is an integrated circuit intended to regulate the output voltage of an automotive alternator. The IC supplies a current via a high-side MOSFET to the excitation coil of the alternator and provides an internal freewheeling diode.
