This unique blend transforms Freescale’s MMA955xL into an intelligent, highprecision, motion-sensing platform able to manage multiple sensor inputs. This device can make system-level decisions required for sophisticated applications such as gesture recognition, pedometer functionality, tilt compensation and calibration, and activity monitoring. The MMA955xL device is programmed and configured with the CodeWarrior Development Studio for Microcontrollers software, version 10.1 or later.
