The IP4060CX16/LF is fabricated using monolithic silicon semiconductor technology integrating 6 resistors and 13 pseudo back-to-back diodes in a single Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP) measuring only 1.96 mm by 1.97 mm.
