The MM5480 is a monolithic MOS integrated circuit utilizing N-channel metal gate low threshold enhancement mode and ion-implanted depletion mode devices It utilizes the MM5451 die packaged in a 28-pin package making it ideal for a 3 digit display The MM5480 is designed to drive common anode-separate.
