MSM6512 Description
The MSM6502B/6512 is a low-power, 4-bit microcontroller implemented in plementary metal-oxide semiconductor technology. The device is ideally suited to battery-powered systems such as watches and game machines because it can directly drive LCDs with up to 108 picture elements.
