OPA2048CA
DESCRIPTION
The OPA2048CA is a 2,048-bit, one-dimensional diode array prised of PN junction photodetector diodes and CCDs (charge coupled devices). By using a two-phase clock pulse, transfer pulse, and reset pulse, the OPA2048CA can measure incident light.
