Description

The CAT6220 is a 300 mA CMOS low dropout regulator whose output voltage is user adjustable that provides fast response time during load current and line voltage changes. load operating current of only 10 mA, and full load operating current of 40 mA, the CAT6220 is ideal for battery operated devices with supply voltages from 2.3 V to 6.5 V.
