FAD6263 Overview
Description
The FAD6263 is a high voltage half bridge gate driver IC providing 2 complementary outputs for driving power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. It uses the bootstrap technique to ensure a proper drive of the high-side power switch.
