General Description

s The FAN53527 is a step−down switching voltage regulator with an input voltage supply range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V.

Device settings can be programmed through an I2C interface, or the IC can be operated in stand−alone mode with pin controls for enable, output voltage, and Auto PFM or Forced PWM operation.

Using a proprietary architecture with synchronous rectification, the FAN53527 is capable of delivering 3.0 A continuous at over 80% efficiency, and maintain that efficiency with load currents as low as 10 mA.
