The MC74LCX244A is a high performance, non- inverting octal buffer operating from a 1.65 to 3.6 V supply. High impedance TTL patible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL patible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. A VI specification of 5.5 V allows MC74LCX244A inputs to be safely driven from 5 V devices. The MC74LCX244A is suitable for memory address driving and all TTL level bus oriented transceiver applications.
