Description

The NC7WZ17 is a dual buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs from onsemi’s Ultra High Speed (UHS) series of TinyLogic products. high speed with high output drive, while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. impedance when VCC is 0 V.
