Features include a 0.7 A gate driver and an internally set 350 k Hz (NCP1582, NCP1582A) and a 300 k Hz (NCP1583) oscillator. The NCP158x also incorporates an externally pensated transconductance error amplifier and a programmable soft- start function. Protection features include short circuit protection (SCP) and under voltage lockout (UVLO). The NCP158x es in an 8- pin SOIC package.
