NCP187 Description
NCP187 1.2 A Low Iq, Low Dropout Voltage Regulator with Power Good Output The NCP187 is 1.2 A LDO Linear Voltage Regulator. It is a very stable and accurate device with low quiescent current consumption (typ. 30 mA over the full temperature range), low dropout, low output noise and very good PSRR.
