NCP400 is CMOS Low Iq Low-Dropout Voltage Regulator manufactured by onsemi.
features plementary output with active low reset function.
The NCP400 is designed to work with low cost ceramic capacitors and requires only a small 1.0 m F capacitor at regulator output. Its low quiescent current is ideal for battery powered applications.
