Overview

NCP5252 Buck Regulator - Integrated, Synchronous, Light Load Efficiency 2.0 A, 1.0 MHz NCP5252 is a synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs.

The device is capable of operating from a 5 V or 12 V supply and can output a voltage down to 0.6 V.

The switching frequency is adjustable from 333 kHz up to 1.0 MHz and has the ability to provide skip mode for light load efficiency.
