The NCV47823 is designed for using in harsh automotive environments providing dual mode operation depending on the load impedance: High Side Switch (HSS) or Constant Current Source (CCS). In both modes of operation the current limit can be set up to 350 mA per channel by external resistor. The device has a high peak input voltage tolerance and reverse input voltage, reverse bias, overcurrent and overtemperature protections.
