Automotive Dual DrMOS with Integrated Current and Temperature Sense NCV81341, NCV81341P The NCV81341/P (NCV81341 – Single Phase and Two Independent Phases Mode, NCV81341P – Parallel Mode) integrates two MOSFET drivers, high−side MOSFET and low−side MOSFET into a single package with current sense and temperature monitoring into a compact 3.5x3.5 QFN. The driver and MOSFETs have been optimized for high−current DC−DC buck power conversion applications. The NCV81341/P integrated solution greatly reduces package parasitics and board space compared to a discrete component solution.
