Description

PWM1 PWM control input of DrMOS1 2, 13 VCCP Exposed pad connection to power supply input of both DrMOS1/2. Minimum 10 mF decoupling recommended on each VCCP pin. 3 SW1 Switch node output of DrMOS1 4-11 PGND Power ground to both DrMOS1/2 12 SW2 Switch node output of DrMOS2 14 PWM2 PWM control input of DrMOS2 15 EN Enable input to device. 16 AGND Signal ground 17 ISNS2 Current sense output of DrMOS2 18 ISNS1 Current sense output of DrMOS1 19 VCCA Signal power supply input.
