The NVG450A120L5DSC is a member of the VE Trac Dual power module family with dual side cooling and compact footprints for Hybrid (HEV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) traction inverter application.The module consists of two latest 1200 V Ultra Field Stop (UFS) IGBTs in a half bridge configuration.
