High Performance Current Mode PWM Power Switch GENERAL DESCRIPTION Features OB233F bines a dedicated current mode - Standby power lower than 100m W at PWM controller with a high voltage power universal AC input MOSFET. It is optimized for high performance, low - Power on soft start reducing Power MOSFET standby power, and cost effective off-line flyback Vds stress converter applications. - Frequency shuffling for EMI OB233F offers plete protection coverage with - Extended burst mode control for improved automatic recovery feature including Cycle-by- efficiency and minimum standby power design Cycle current limiting (OCP), over load protection - Audio noise free operation (OLP), over temperature protection (OTP), over - Fixed 65KHZ (typical) switching frequency voltage protection and VDD under voltage lockout - Internal synchronized slope pensation (UVLO). Excellent EMI performance is achieved - Low VDD startup current and low operating with On-Bright proprietary frequency shuffling current technique together with soft switching control at - Leading edge blanking on current sense input the totem pole gate drive output. The tone energy at below 20KHZ is minimized in to the design and audio noise is eliminated during operation.
