PI2061 Description
The PI2061 is a high-speed electronic circuit breaker controller IC designed for use with N-channel MOSFETs in high side load disconnect switch solutions for medium voltage applications. The PI2061 Cool-Switch® controller enables an extremely low power loss solution with fast dynamic response to an over current fault or EN Low conditions. Once enabled, the PI2061 monitors the MOSFET current through a sense resistor.
