SGA3586Z Description
The SGA3586Z is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier. A Darlington configuration featuring one-micron emitters provides high FT and excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions.
